NURTURING THE NURTURERS A Program for the Heroes and Heroines in Law Enforcement, Fire Safety, and other Public Service Professions

Repeated exposure to dangerous situations, unrealistic expectations, and hostile situations may take a toll on us. However, there are skills and strategies that can enhance our resilience, strengthen our ability to find perspective, and help us broaden our responses to situations.
This light-hearted but incredibly informative presentation will cover topics such as increasing resilience, how to build a platform for personal leadership, wellness, happiness and laughter, relationships and the importance of self care- at work and at home.
